A Prosperous India

Im putting here my ideas on betterment of India on the eve of 60th independence day of India. I salute to the heroes who got us independence by sacrificing the life for the country. After 60 years, we can say the country is having tremendous economic growth, but if you ask whether everybody benefits from that? I say no, there are farmers who commit suicide who depend their life on these lands and there is poverty at most of the places. Im writing this article to address to overcome the poverty of our nation.

1) The education system currently believes on getting a job. Any person coming out of university is looking out for job in MNC or indian companies. That should change. The education system should be in such a way to develop enterpreneurs when people complete the education. The society should also change to have such an attitude. If 10% of the graduates are enterpreneurs then it directly implies that there is creation of jobs. Thats what my next point

2) Government should be looking out for creation of as much jobs as possible. This is obvious statement. All this can be achieved in reality if we spend our enrgy on innovation on R&D and also government helping people on setting up production plants and so forth. Innovation in every field is what is going to take this country ahead.

3) The next point, Im not sure how many people agrees. Students from top colleges in India like IIT, IISC go to abroad to earn more as soon as they complete their studies. These are the people who can create wealth and create more jobs. So government should come up with some kind of agreement for retaining the talent, like 2 yrs they have to work in India. Then the situation would change from these young bloods.

4) I have already written an article of having electronic money and no physical money. This would help us in having corrupt free india and also many other benefits. Money can reach the people without any third party snatches. No black money too (sivaji pamoda theme).

5) We hear news that farmers suiciding because of debt. Government should tell each farmer what he should cultivate. it depends on the soil test and not all people ending up in cultivating the same crop, which will lead to too much surplus. Govt giving loans to the people for land cultivation. After cultivation, the entire crops has to be purchased by Government itself. The government can sell this to third party afterwards, who will sell these crops. Since the farmers have given their cultivation to government, they cannot cheat from repaying the loans too. This will definitely increase the betterment of lives of farmers.

These are some of ideas that comes to my mind now. Your viewpoints are welcome.
